Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) Between Technodex Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("TDS") And Vizia Sdn Bhd ("VIZIA")

Further to the announcement dated 27 June 2008 in respect of the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between Technodex Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("TDS") and Vizia Sdn Bhd ("VIZIA"), the Company wishes to clarify that under the vendor and reseller relationship, TDS as vendor holds the intellectual property rights (vested solely in TDS as author) to the Job Management Solutions, whilst Vizia is appointed as TDS' reseller (agent) to promote the product and Vizia shall be paid a commission by TDS for every completed sale.
