We, Tan Sze Chong and Kerk Han Meng, being two of the directors of Technodex Berhad, state that, in the opinion of
the directors, the financial statements set out on pages 39 to 85 are drawn up in accordance with Malaysian Financial
Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act 1965
in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company as at 30 April
2016 and of their financial performance and cash flows for the financial year ended.
The supplementary information set out in Note 38, which is not part of the financial statements, is prepared in all
material respects, in accordance with Guidance on Special Matter No. 1, Determination of Realised and Unrealised
Profits or Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, as
issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the directive of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
