On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1028 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.1028 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.98% or RM0.0114 to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of TDEX Shares from 27 December 2021 to 31 December 2021 of approximately RM0.1142.
