Joint Venture Agreement Between TDEX And Nordic Apiary Holding AB

(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as that used in the announcement made on 6 May 2022 (“Announcement”) unless stated otherwise.)

Further to the Company's announcement made on 6 May 2022 in relation to the JV Agreement between TDEX and Nordic Apiary, the Company wishes to clarify that the term ‘joint venture Services’ mentioned under ‘4.2 – Contributions of the Parties’ has the same meaning to the term ‘Services’ as defined under ‘4.1 – Purpose and Scope of the JV Agreement’ in the Announcement.
