The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 31 January 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction. Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 January 2024, 26 February 2024 and 27 March 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 16 May 2024 filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya of Kuala Lumpur ("High Court") to obtain confirmation of the High Court for the Capital Reduction. The outcome of the petition will be announced in due course.
