The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 31 January 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 January 2024, 26 February 2024, 27 March 2024 and 16 May 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had on 21 June 2024 granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction ("Court Order") pursuant to Section 115(a) read together with Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Act"). The sealed copy of the Court Order will be extracted and lodged with the Registrar pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
