Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 January 2024, 26 February 2024, 27 March 2024, 16 May 2024 and 21 June 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the order obtained from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar pursuant to the Section 116(6) of the Act on 25 June 2024 marking the effective date and completion of the Capital Reduction.
