The Board of Directors of TDEX wishes to inform that TDEX intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Proposed Amendments primarily aims to refine the Company’s Constitution to provide greater clarity on the issuance of new shares or convertible securities by the Company. The Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website and published on the Company's website in due course.
