We refer to the announcements dated 31 January 2024, 6 February 2024, 26 February 2024, 29 February 2024, 9 August 2024 and 30 August 2024 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that TDEX had on 13 February 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of 6 months up to 28 August 2025 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
