We refer to the announcements dated 31 January 2024, 6 February 2024, 26 February 2024, 29 February 2024, 9 August 2024, 30 August 2024 and 13 February 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX ("Board"), Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 19 February 2025 ("Price Fixing Date") resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.044 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 6.38% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of TDEX Shares up to and including 18 February 2025, being the last traded day of TDEX Shares immediately preceding the Price Fixing Date of RM0.047 per TDEX Share.
