Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 31 January 2024, 6 February 2024, 26 February 2024, 29 February 2024, 9 August 2024, 30 August 2024, 13 February 2025, 19 February 2025, 27 February 2025 and 5 March 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement is deemed completed on 28 August 2025, following the expiry of Bursa Securities’ approval for the second extension of time to complete the Private Placement by 28 August 2025.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company had issued a total of 42,000,000 Placement Shares pursuant to the Private Placement, which raised total gross proceeds of approximately RM1.8 million.
