We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 7 May 2014 in relation to the Proposed Subscription (“Announcement”).
Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcement.
Pursuant to the Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) entered into between TDEX, Chong Eng Yeau and Pang Kim Huay in relation to the Proposed Subscription, the exclusivity period, the date of the obligation to execute the Definitive Agreements and the period to undertake the Due Diligence expires on 6 July 2014 (“Expiry Date”).
In this regard, on behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that TDEX, Chong Eng Yeau and Pang Kim Huay had on 4 July 2014 mutually agreed to extend the Expiry Date up to (and including) 30 September 2014. This announcement is dated 4 July 2014. |
