We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 7 May 2014 and 4 July 2014 in relation to the Proposed Subscription (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcements. Pursuant to the Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) entered into between TDEX, Chong Eng Yeau and Pang Kim Huay and the parties' mutual agreement to extend the exclusivity period up to 30 September 2014 (annoucned on 4 July 2014) (being the last date to execute the Definitive Agreements and the period to undertake the Due Diligence) expires on 30 September 2014 (“Extended Expiry Date”). In view that the above has not been met by the Extended Expiry Date, on behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the HOA has lapsed. This announcement is dated 30 September 2014. |
