Unless otherwise defined, all definitions and abbreviations used in this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the announcements dated 17 October 2014 and 14 November 2014 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”).
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 21 November 2014 (which was received on 27 November 2014), approved the listing of and quotation for up to 42,598,100 new TDEX Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-
(a) TDEX and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;
(b) TDEX and TA Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Private Placement; and
(c) TDEX to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed.
