We refer to the announcements dated 2, 7, 30 November 2016, 28 April 2017 and 11 October 2017 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company’s Announcements. On behalf of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that TDEX and the vendors of Idealseed and SurfsTek R&D have mutually agreed to further extend the Cut-off Date to fulfil the Conditions Precedent in both the Idealseed SPA and SurfsTek SPA for an additional three (3) months from 1 November 2017 up to 1 February 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Idealseed SPA and SurfsTek SPA shall remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 16 October 2017. |
