We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad (“AIBB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 January 2018, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 57,826,214 new TDEX Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-

1. TDEX and AIBB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. TDEX and AIBB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
3. TDEX to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
