On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 17 January 2018 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 49,409,500 Placement Shares at RM0.14 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.14 per Placement Shares represents a discount of approximately 1.96% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of TDEX Shares, up to and including 16 January 2018 (being the last market day prior to the Price-Fixing Date) of RM0.1428 per TDEX Share.
