The Company wishes to inform on the following change in the composition of the Remuneration Committee (“RC”) with effect from 29 March 2018:-

• Mr. Tan Sze Chong, the Group Managing Director, be substituted by Mr. Chang Choon Ming, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company

Following the above change, the new composition of the RC is as follows:

• Saifulrizam Bin Zainal (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive)

• Steven Wong Chin Fung (Member, Independent Non-Executive)

• Chang Choon Ming (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive)
