We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had on 13 February 2019 granted the order confirming the Proposed Share Capital Reduction. The sealed order will be extracted and lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Proposed Share Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Proposed Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
