We refer to the announcements made on 4 October 2019, 16 October 2019 and 30 October 2019 in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had, on 17 March 2020 (“Price Fixing Date”), fixed the issue price at RM0.03 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of 20.0% to the 5-day WAMP of the Shares up to and including 16 March 2020, being the last full trading day immediately prior to the Price Fixing Date, of RM0.0375 per Share.
