We refer to the announcements made on 4 October 2019, 16 October 2019, 30 October 2019, 17 March 2020 and 25 March 2020 in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that it had on 16 April 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for an extension of time of 6 months up to 30 October 2020 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Placement. The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 16 April 2020. |
