The Board of Directors of TDEX wishes to inform that TDEX intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company. The Proposed Amendments if approved, will provide more flexibility for the Company and its shareholders on the manner of holding meeting of members and lodgement of proxy forms as well as to provide clarity on the objects of the Company and the provisions of the Third Schedule of the Companies Act 2016. The details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course. This announcement is dated 27 October 2020.
