The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that TDEX, Real Estate Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“RESSB”) and Mr. Thor Joe Hock (collectively referred to as “Sellers”) had on 27 November 2020, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA” or “Agreement”) with PropertyGuru Pte. Ltd. ("Purchaser") to collectively dispose the entire issued share capital MyProperty Data Sdn. Bhd. (“MDSB”) as follows, subject to and upon the terms and conditions of the SPA (“Proposed Disposal”).
