We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 27 November 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The basis of arriving at the disposal consideration of S$1,650,000 and the amount of inter-company indebtedness.
2) The respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings of the directors of Property Guru Pte Ltd in the company, or a negative statement thereto.
3) It is stated in Note (1), Section 5 of the announcement that RM5 million of the proceeds has been earmarked for existing and new information technology contracts and orders. To reconcile this amount with the disposal consideration of approximately RM3.6 million.
4) The particulars of any guarantees given by Technodex Bhd to MDSB.
